Many people yearn for visiting Tibet. Lhasa is the hottest place which fans of tourism want to go most.
Lhasa, which means “Land of the Gods”, is the heart of Tibet. Over 1,300 years old, it sits in a valley right next to the Lhasa River. It is located at 3650 meters (12 000 feet) above sea level on the northern slopes of the Himalayas.
People love Lhasa because of its night. When the nightfall approaches, people, who you usually barely meet in the day, all come to the street.
I find that the night of Potala is really lively. Tourists hang around the streets and square. They drink and chat. Artists play nice music and songs. It makes me feel less holy religion atmosphere, but more sense of leisure life.
Samuel Johnson, the British writer, once said: “Hope itself is a species of happiness which this world affords.” That is very correct.
In this cozy night, I am walking along the Sand River. It is a infamous place which few people visit here. To me and the river, this is a good thing.
Watching the peaceful river and the amazing sunset, I can’t help thinking the meaning of our life. There is a kind of missing which can be called a light happiness. There is a kind of happiness which is the frequent concern. There is a kind of concern which is the distant appreciation.
“All men whilst they are awake are in one common world; but each of them, when he is asleep, is in a world of his own.” Plutarch
When I was tired or upset, I always drive my car and take my Canon with me. The sand river is one of places I frequently go.
This is my favorite spot to watch the sunset. Watching the sun going down to the west. The colorful sunlight spill into the river. The sunset always reminds me that we should fight and show our best even at the end of our life.
There are so many things that can make you happy. Don’t focus too much on things that make you sad.
Dream what you want to dream；go where you want to go；be what you want to be，because you have only one life and one chance to do all the things you want to do.

It was 7 o’clock when I checked in. the hotel I checked in is very beautiful. My room is facing the beach of Gulangyu. By tasting a glass of wine, I favored the peaceful night on the island.
I have planed to go to Xiamen for quite a long time. Finally, I can have a chance to visit this wonderful city.
Xiamen, also known as Amoy, is one of the most romantic places in China. In 1842, it became the treaty port because of the Treaty of Nanking. Therefore, the architecture in Xiamen is predominantly Victorian-era style.
There are many flights from Beijing to Xiamen. It costs me about 3 hours to get Xiamen. I was very excited because I can finally visit this dreaming place and taste the local snakes and dishes. Great!
Chinese Geography is a very famous magazine in China. It once gave such a high accomplishment to Gulang Island, the main island of Xiamen, that “the most beautiful island ”.
Gulang Island, you can also call it the “Drum Wave Islet”, is a nisland off the southwest coast of Xiamen, Fujian province in southern China. It is 2 square kilometers (0.77 sq mi) in area. Night and day, dark and white, they are all the two sides of one thing. They are conflicted and united……
Beijing is a historical city with perspective energy. She is old but not fading. She is modern but not cold. Beijing is like a cup of fresh tea which needs you to taste slowly to find its special perfume.
Every time I think of this historical city, the first impression comes to my mind is the Palace Museum.
I love the night of Beijing. It makes me feel like the whole city belongs to me.
I prefer to call it the Forbidden City than the Palace Museum. That simple name carries fundamental history and stories.
I took many pictures of the sunrise of Great Walls. However, I hadn’t done the sunset yet. Therefore, in this warm and breeze spring afternoon, I came here to record the thrilling beauty of Great Walls in sun set.
The flowers of peach trees on the mountain are in full blossom. The blossom flowers suggest us that we are already in the deep spring.
When the nightfall was approaching, the temperature dropped. And the wind on the mountain top became a little bit cold. I was breathtaking when I saw the first light of sunset spilt on the walls. It is so amazing!
